What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. Most of us move in and out of hypnosis throughout our days. Have you ever found yourself staring off into the distance and "zoning out?" Have you ever been driving in your car and suddenly realize that you don't recall driving over that bridge? You were in a hypnotic trance.
In a hypnosis session I will help to guide your conscious mind into a relaxed state of distraction so that your subconscious mind can focus its attention on accepting the change you want to make. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals and build them into the sessions at a pace that is directed by you. You will always be in complete control of your sessions and we will only work on areas that you decide to work on.
In between sessions, you will work on practicing self-hypnosis which will ensure the suggestions work for the long term. I also offer hypnosis recordings, if you would prefer to skip the sessions and work on hypnosis yourself from the comfort of your home, at your own pace.
